I understand that I may have "The Vespa Facial" for $50 if I am a first time client and save my coupon for a later date.

I understand if I have already used my coupon I may take 50% off any facial or peel valued at $150 or more and then on the next treatment of the same amount I can take $50 off.

I understand that I may have to stop using Retin-A, retinol, and/or Glycolic products 14 days before a treatment at ModVellum. If I am on these products I will call ahead 48 hours before to confirm if the treatment is appropriate for me. I understand that ModVellum may charge me if I arrive for an appointment without confirming this.

I understand that if I am a first time client of ModVellum I should not have any MAJOR special events (I.E. getting married) for 2 weeks after my treatment. If I am unsure about this I will call ModVellum.

I understand that I cannot have a treatment at ModVellum if I have been on antibiotics within 10 days, have had a cold within 10 days or have active cold sores.

I understand that if I am pregnant or nursing I may not be a candidate for certain treatments and I will call ModVellum to make sure.

I understand that ModVellum cannot provide treatments if I have had a laser treatments or surgery on the area to be worked on within 4 weeks.

I understand that if i have had Botox or any other fillers I must wait at least 7 days for any treatments at ModVellum.

I understand that I will receive a confirmation email providing a door code to enter the building, and If I do not receive an email my appt may not be booked. I will call ModVellum if I do not receive this email.

I understand that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect at all times and the only way to cancel an appointment at ModVellum is to call 415-400-5107 and leave a message or cancel the appt online using my password. Emailing cancellations is not appropriate.
